We ship our products via FedEx and only within Canada.
Please provide a valid street address as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please ensure all the necessary shipping and billing information is provided. We will not be responsible for errors in the information provided to us.

We ship Overnight (1 business day), 2-Day service (2 business days), Economy service (2-3 business days) or FedEx Ground (1-7 business days).

To ensure you can enjoy your delicious hand-made treat(s) during the holiday season and make the in-store pickup process as quick & efficient as possible, we have the following production & pickup schedule for our Buche de Noels as well as Cakes and Tarts:

Only Buche de Noel pre-orders can be scheduled for pick up on December 23rd or December 24th

All Cakes from our dessert menu must be scheduled for pick up prior to December 23rd or December 24th. They will not be available to pickup on the 23rd or 24th.

*If you are pre-ordering a Buche de Noel AND one of our cakes, we suggest placing 2 separate orders and scheduling your pickup dates in accordance with the above schedule.

Chocolate Gift Box orders for delivery across Canada to arrive in time for December 23 will be accepted until midnight (PST) December 14th.
Chocolate Gift Box orders for delivery across the Lower Mainland to arrive in time for December 23 will be accepted until midnight (PST) December 16th.
We will do our best, however, orders received after Sunday December 16th are not guaranteed for delivery by December 25th.
Any orders received after this time will be shipped on Thursday, December 27th.
